The Ruidoso Valley
Chamber
of
Commerce
is
partnering
with
Ruidoso
Downs
Race
Track
for
this
outdoor
festival
which
will
include
horse racing,
live
music,
assorted
vendors
with
quality
food,
merchandise,
service,
theater,
dance
and
arts
and
crafts. The festival is free to the
public
all
day.

Summer
Celebration

Starting at 11:00 a.m. – The Mescalero Drummers
and
Dancers
are
opening
the
festival.
With
4
stages,
enjoy
local
favorites
Los
Mustangs,
Cowboy
Mafia,
Tomas
Vigil,

surprises.
Horse
racing
starts
at
noon.
After
the
free
walk-around
festival
closes,
the
evening
highlight
will
be
the
Latin
Rock
sounds
of
Grammy
